New Port Erin apartments get approval

Brand new apartments are coming to Port Erin after a new development was given the green light.

Dandara's Royal Shore complex is being based on the town's Upper Promenade, with site works now underway.

The properties will consists of a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as two luxury penthouses.

Dandara Managing Director, Seamus Nugent, says: "This is our second development in Port Erin – the first being Ballakilley – and we’ve already seen keen interest in Royal Shore both from people in the local area, and also those who are drawn to Port Erin’s strong sense of community and quality of life.
