Brand new apartments are coming to Port Erin after a new development was given the green light.
Dandara's Royal Shore complex is being based on the town's Upper Promenade, with site works now underway.
The properties will consists of a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as two luxury penthouses.

Prices for a one-bedroom property will start from £168,950.
