New plans have been unveiled for a housing estate on Mooragh Promenade in Ramsey.
Seymar Developments, based in Water Street in Ramsey, has applied for permission for build eight townhouses on land at the corner of Premier Road.
The application updates proposals submitted last November.
In its proposals, the company says the estate would be designed to fit in with the overall look of Mooragh Promenade, and nearby buildings including the Ramsey Park Hotel.
