A new planning application for housing in Sulby is hoping to have 14 new homes approved, after planners gave permission for seven on the same site last year.
Frank Sweeney of Onchan has applied for permission to build 14 new homes on land near the Ginger Hall pub.
Last year, planners granted permission for seven bungalows and garages on the same site.
Three of the proposed homes would be eligible for help from the government for first-time buyers.
