A new 64km Mountain Bike Trail Park is set to be developed on Island, connecting all seven plantations.
Visit Isle of Man says the project is divided into three phases, and will enhance the Island’s proposition as an established cycling destination.
The first stage involves enhancing 50km of existing trails and create 14km of new ones.
That will be followed by the development of a Visitor Centre, with cycle hire, a bike shop and recreation hub at South Barrule.
Finally, phase three will look to secure private investment for luxury glamping or lodge accommodation.
Work on the new Mountain Bike Trail Park is expected to start next year and be completed in time for the 2025 season.
