Hospice Isle of Man has appointed a new medical director.
Dr Justine Needham will take up the role in May, taking over from Dr Ben Harris who is retiring after 30 years.
Dr Needham is already working who days a week with the charity and is also known within many other clinical leadership roles.
Chief Executive of Hospice, John Knight, says she'll be key in delivering a very positive future for the organisation.
