The government has unveiled plans to make the Island's planning system more accessible and easier to use.
It comes as part of the Built Environment Reform Programme, which aims to 'build great communities.'
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture will give a trial run to a major applications process to speed things up for larger and more complex applications.
A survey has also been launched to gain public feedback, which can be found here.
