A new public counter for Manx Care's Advice and Liasion Service will open next week.
On July 1, the dedicated facility will be available to attend between 10 am and 12 pm Monday to Friday at Garaghyn Glass within Noble's Hospital.
MCALS started in 2021 and provides a listening service to hear Manx Care customer feedback and queries.
Since the initiative began over 18,500 people have been supported, with 90 per cent of concerns and queries receiving a response on the same day.
A quiet room is available for confidential support for users, carers and families - meetings can be booked by calling 642642 or emailing mcals@gov.im
