A new train will be coming to the Groudle Glen Railway later this year.
The steam locomotive - christened 'Otter' - will undergo testing when at arrives on Island before being expected to begin service in July.
It was built by engineers North Bay Railway in Darlington in the North East of England - the same location where Groudle Glen's original locomotive named 'Sea Lion' was rebuilt.
Volunteers at the railway believe its design and capabilities will suit the attraction well.
