Two new members of the Island’s Legislative Council have been voted in this morning.
Paul Craine and Diane Kelsey have been elected in today's House of Keys sitting, receiving 16 and 13 votes respectively.
Mr Craine was nominated for the position by MHK for Douglas Central Chris Thomas, while Mrs Kelsey was put forward by Tim Glover, MHK for Arbory, Castletown and Malew.
The newly elected candidates have filled the positions left by Kate Lord-Brennan and Jane Poole-Wilson, and will remain on the Council until the next election in February 2023.
