Douglas Rugby Club now have a new head coach for the 2022-23 season.
Phil Cringle will take-up his first head coach role for the Club.
He's had an impressive playing career culminating in playing for London Scottish in the Championship and internationally has played for Scotland Under 20’s.
Phil said: 'I’m delighted to be coaching Douglas this coming season and looking forward to pushing on in regional 2 North West.
'I think it's really important to IOM rugby players that we can provide opportunities to be able to play off-Island in competitive leagues, without having to leave home. Hopefully we can keep building on that!'
This season is Douglas’ 150th anniversary, having been founded in 1873 - during the season there will be numerous events celebrating the event.
