RPM Events holds popular events on the motorsports track at Jurby Airfield, with the first of this year due to get underway at Easter.
But last night it took to Facebook to say the Department for Enterprise now insists all participants have a full car or motorcycle licence.
The company says that would mean some people can no longer take part, and says it's now talking to the government about the new requirements.
