An office block in the heart of Douglas could become the home for several new flats, if planning is approved.
An application is being put forward by Victoria Street Homes Ltd. to change the use of 12-14 Ridgeway Street to create eight new residential units.
It also proposes to develop the basement in the building and divide it into seven storage spaces.
The plans are now subject to approval.
