A new short film based on the legendary Manx tale of the Moddey Dhoo is set to premiere soon.
The Moddey Dhoo, written and directed by local filmmaker Ben Desmond, has been created with support from the Isle of Man Arts Council and Culture Vannin.
Inspired by Sophia Morrison's classic short story, the film offers a folk horror take on one of the Island's most iconic legends.
Filmed on location at Peel Castle and Castle Rushen, the production brings the haunting myth vividly to life.
