Port Erin could be getting a new Co-op as well as more tourist accommodation if plans are approved.
JM Project Management wants to turn the Flower Pot and funeral directors on Station Road into the new store.
It will also create six tourist apartments over at first-floor level and build a new car park.
The business says the plans for a new Co-op store are supported by the town's Commissioners as the current shop is too small to support demand.
