The Boathouse Cafe at Mooragh Park in Ramsey is set to be rejuvenated.
Conrods Pizzeria will turn it into a 42-table venue after securing a lease for the cafe which begins on April 1 following discussions with Ramsey Town Commissioners.
'Ramsey Rocket', Conor Cummins, who's behind the venture, says they're excited to be starting the business in an 'iconic location' of his home town and is hoping to welcome residents once it opens.
Meanwhile, Mansail, has renewed its contract to operate the lake and games concessions at the park after successfully managing them over many years.
