The new chair of Onchan Commissioners says she wants to support the young people of the village and improve social housing.
Zara Lewin hopes the local authority has a ‘quiet’ year so it can ‘push forward’ with solving issues in the area.

Miss Lewin says there are also plans for the future of Onchan Park.
