A new campaign from Public Health and Manx Care is encouraging people over 40 to get their blood pressure checked.
The 'Know Your Numbers' campaign highlights the link between high blood pressure and serious health conditions such as heart disease and stroke.
Cabinet Minister David Ashford said high blood pressure causes more than half of all strokes and heart attacks, adding 80% of cardiovascular-related deaths are preventable.
Free blood pressure checks are now being offered at participating pharmacies across the Island - you can find the list here.
