Three new recruits have been selected to work as wardens on the Calf of Man.
It is thought to be one of the most remote jobs in the British Isles and involves estate management, data collection and baiting long tails.
The group consists of two volunteers and an estate warden.
They're due to travel to the Calf next week where they'll be based for the next nine months.
In severe weather they could be cut off for weeks.
