The Island's Health Minister says a new bus route to and from the hospital will serve patients well.
The new service, which comes into effect next month gives people convenient transport to the hospital directly from their homes.
People will travel in new Mercedes Sprinter buses, equipped with wheelchair lifts and comfort seats for those with arthritis.
David Ashford says the new service will be flexible in responding to individual needs.
