 
                            A local construction company has built the most energy efficient house on the Island in Port St Mary.
Complete Construction Services has finished the first 'Passivehaus' - which requires no central heating system and reduces energy demand by 90 per cent.
It's well-insulated and air tight with heat produced through daily activities such as cooking and showering.
The whole project has been completed using Manx resources - managing director James Vickers says it's the only way forward:
