New Budget is 'smoke and mirrors' says MHK

 

That's South Douglas MHK Kate Beecroft who says she's concerned Treasury's Budget is another example of this administration's ability to hide its problems.

 

It's suggested there's a disparity in things like the distribution of money in the Cabinet Office and how each department is dealing with pension costs.
