Revised road plans for Ballasalla will go on display later this month.
The Balthane junction scheme aims to connect a new bypass with the existing road network.
Residents objected to the initial proposals due to concerns about congestion.
The new plans involve a four-arm roundabout, new pavements and two new crossings for pedestrians and cyclists.
The infrastructure department said the revised scheme will be on display at Malew Parish Commissioners office between 24th and 26th January.
