Chief Minister Howard Quayle says there's a new atmosphere in the House of Keys since September's general election.
With an influx of new MHKs and a new council of ministers, Mr Quayle says there's now more cooperation between the Island's politicians.
He says in particular, debates in the House of Keys are now much less confrontational:
