Births on the Island have fallen by nearly 45 percent in 15 years.
That's according to Paul Craine, a Member of the Leglislative Council who's just published a new edition of his Isle of Man Population Atlas.
The book analyses changes in the Island's demographics, and will soon be available in local bookshops.
