Noble’s Hospital is introducing a centralised appointments service for patients in an effort to slash waiting lists.
The one-stop-shop for making, rescheduling and cancelling appointments will open in the main foyer next Monday.
It will also serve as a check-in for people arriving for outpatient clinics.
Currently appointment services are run separately in each department – it’s hoped that by making this change greater efficiencies can be delivered throughout the hospital.
