Ramsey Cottage Hospital has taken delivery of a new ambulance worth almost £60,000.
The League of Friends of the hospital purchased the patient transfer ambulance which will help cut average response times for emergencies.
It will be used for routine transfers between the Cottage Hospital and Noble’s which means the ambulance service’s vehicles are free to respond to emergencies.
