The government's appointed a new airport director.
Mark Beveridge will take up the job in May.
He previously served as managing director of both Aberdeen and Glasgow Airports.
Mr Beveridge says some of his first priorities will be getting to know the staff, understand the risks facing Ronaldsway and build strong relationships with airlines.
