The open air ceremony gives Manx residents have the right to submit Petitions for Redress of Grievance.

That included the Ballawattleworth Action Group who want finalised plans for a Peel by-pass to be released.

It was Noel Cringle's last ceremony as President of Tynwald. His replacement will be announced next week.
