Mystery surrounds parking notices left on vehicles in Peel warning vehicles will be towed away - but with no contact details.
One driver took to a Facebook group asking about the notice, which was put on a car parked in resident's spaces near Peel Power Station.
He says he's tried to find out who's issuing them but nobody has admitted handing out the notices.
But he says after speaking to police he's been told the notices aren't legally enforceable.
