The jury in the trial of a Castletown man accused of murder has retired to consider a verdict.
46-year-old Ian Anderson denies murdering Ballabeg man Neil Roberts.
The 60-year-old was found dead at Anderson’s home on Queen Street in the early hours of December 1st 2013.
Under Manx law the verdict has to be unanimous – meaning all jurors must agree on the decision.
The 12 jurors were told by Deemster Montogmerie they must reach their verdict based only on the evidence they have seen and heard since the case began on March 16th.
