The jury in the Demesne Road murder trial will continue to deliberate their verdict today.
Simon Paul Leece faces 9 charges, one of murder, after a fire on Demesne Road killed 61 year old builder Terry Losh last March.
CCTV footage shared with the court in the summing up of the case shows Leece leaving and returning to his flat on Fairfield Terrace numerous times on the night that 3 fires were started.
Police discovered 9 lighters in a bag of his, and it is known he had bought bottles of paint thinner, the substance thought to have been used to accelerate the fires.
For the verdict to be reached the 12 person jury will have to come to a unanimous decision.
