38 mums are waiting for debriefings after giving birth - with one woman waiting more than six months.
The latest Manx Care figures were given by Health and Social Care Minister Lawrie Hooper in response to a question for written reply.
He told South Douglas MHK Sarah Maltby the service has 14 active debriefs, 24 which haven't started yet and eight awaiting decisions by mums.
Mr Hooper says he hopes to have all debriefs started in the next three months.
