Plans have been unveiled for a multiplex cinema and Travelodge Hotel in the centre of Douglas.
The development, called Quayside North, is being marketed by professional services company JLL.
The plans for the Lord Street Car Park - the capital's former bus station - show an 80-bedroom hotel and seven-screen cinema.
In a glossy brochure, the company says it also plans to build restaurants, bars and cafes as well as 20 apartments and more than 300 car parking spaces.
