Manx Utilities has issued an update about sewage treatment works for Peel and Garff.
It states an announcement should be made in the near future about the proposed site of the works for Laxey and Baldrine.
However, designs are 'progressing well' for the pump station sites at both the Cairns and Glen Garwick.
The MUA adds that the legal formalities aren't yet complete when it comes to the procurement of land for the Peel site, but are confident that this is 'imminent.'
