An onshore windfarm could be recycled as turbines near the end of their useful lives, it's been revealed.
Manx Utilities chairman John Wannenburgh faced a question for a written answer from Arbory, Malew and Castletown MHK Jason Moorhouse.
He wanted to know how much it would cost to dismantle the turbines at Eearystane after 10, 20 and 30 years.
Mr Wannenburgh said turbines could be repowered and kept or used again at other windfarms.
