A woodpecker has visited the MSPCA for some R&R.
An animal charity on the Isle of Man says it has been a "privilege" to care for a woodpecker found injured on the Isle of Man.
The birds can be spotted on the Isle of Man between January and December, but it's more common to hear them than see them.
The MSPCA said the bird, which was brought in for some "R &R", was dried off and had a snooze before being released back into the wild.
