The Mountain Road will remain open today.
The route was due to close between 9.30am and 4.30pm as the Department of Infrastructure carries out road lining work.
However due to poor weather the work has been called off.
The stretch between Ramsey Hairpin and the Creg-ny-Baa is due to close tomorrow as scheduled.
