Mountain Road set to close today

The Mountain Road is due to close today to remove road racing equipment.

The Northern section between Ramsey and The Bungalow will close this morning at 9.30am until 4.30pm tomorrow, Tuesday September 9th.

The Department of Infrastructure says the route between Douglas and Sulby via Tholt Y Will Road will be available at all times.

Further closures are planned for next week on the Southern section of the road between Brandywell and the Creg Ny Baa for drainage works, starting Monday September 15th.
