The Mountain road is due to shut for a week later this month after the end of the roadracing season.
The Department of Infrastructure says the route will close on Monday, September 15 from 9.30am.
Workers will carry out work on drains and the road.
It's due to reopen no later than midday on Sunday, September 21 - after a special event for the Isle of Man Festival of Motoring.
