The Mountain Road has officially re-opened to the public.
In a post on social media, The Constabulary Roads Policing Unit says it comes 'following extensive works' by the DOI.
Officers add - Easter weekend - historically, is a busy time for them - so are urging motorists to check their vehicles are fit for the road and allow 'adequate time' for journeys.
Some parts of the TT course have temporary speed limits, which will be enforced.
Lastly, the police add there will be increased patrols on local roads - to keep everyone safe.
