The Mountain Road is due to re-open later tonight.
The stretch between Barrule Park in Ramsey and Creg-ny-Baa is expected to open again at around 10pm following works being carried out there by the Department of Infrastructure.
The DOI has been making preparations for this years TT.
It's been shut since 9am on Monday.
