The Mountain Road is now re-open to two way traffic between Ramsey and the Creg-ny-Baa.
The route has been one way since May 26 throughout the TT fortnight.
The Department of Infrastructure says the temporary speed limits at either end of the road and order to prohibit cyclists have been rescinded.
