The Mountain Road will close each day for maintenance work next week.
The Department of Infrastructure says the route will shut from 9am to 5pm from Monday, July 28 to Friday, August 1.
Workers will be trimming verges and felling two trees.
A roadside wall near the Gooseneck will also be rebuilt after a car crashed into it during this year's TT.
