The Mountain Road closes from this morning for vital work.
The Department of Infrastructure says two drainage culverts have collapsed and it needs to shut the route for repairs.
It closes at 9.30am and won't reopen until 4pm on Friday.
The closure starts at Lheaney Road in Ramsey and runs to the Creg ny Baa back road.
