The Mountain Road is closed following two multiple-vehicle crashes.
Police took to social media this morning to issue the update.
The two collisions happened between Kates Cottage and the Creg Ny Baa.
As a result, the road is closed from the Creg to Brandywell.
Emergency services are at the scene.
