Road traffic collisions saw the Mountain Road close five times in the space of 12 hours.
That's according to Police, who are urging drivers and riders to 'know your limits, whether that's speed or capability.'
Officers ask motorists to be mindful of others and make sure to use your mirrors.
They add that they understand you may want to ride fast over the Mountain, but want 'you and your bike to make it home in one piece.'
