The police say the whole of the Mountain Road has been shut due to snow.
It comes after the Ronaldsway Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for snow and ice earlier this afternoon, Saturday, November 29.
That warning's currently in place until 10am tomorrow.
Officers say the road was gritted during the day, but it hasn't helped due to the amount of snow and freezing conditions.
