A walker on Snaefell had to be rescued by the coastguard and ambulance staff yesterday after breaking their ankle.
The emergency services were alerted just after 1.30pm.
Coastguard officers reached the person who'd been injured around two-thirds of the way up the Mountain from the Bungalow.
They carried them down the slopes to a waiting ambulance.
The injured person was taken to Noble's hospital for treatment.
