Police say the Mountain Road has now reopened after a crash earlier.
The incident happened at the Gooseneck, and officers closed the road between Ramsey and the Bungalow while they dealt with it.
The route is now open again, but police say it remains wet and people should drive according to the conditions.
The course is due to close at 12.30pm today for Manx Grand Prix racing to take place.
