Police are warning motorists to think again if they want to ignore road closures.
It comes after the police posted to social media saying they have seen a video of a motorcyclist ignoring the Foxdale road closure signs and riding in the pedestrian access area.
Officers have also been told about people ignoring the temporary diversions and one way systems in place while extensive road works are taking place.
They are warning motorists of how dangerous and illegal this is - Sergeant Andy Reid says anyone caught will face a £120 fine and three points on their licence:
